As he gazed upon his audience of regional decision-makers
from his podium in Cambridge,Congressman Jim Oberstar
declared with passion: “You gotta produce now!”

“There are two million unemployed construction workers
across America and I want to see them working,” he said.
Highways and mass transit are topics that follow Oberstar
whenever he speaks at a function and this one at Anoka-Ramsey
Community College on March 13 was no different.
